Meeting Notes
Next meeting: September 16, 2026 at the Denny's restaurant on 19 St NE, north of 16 Avenue. The room is booked starting at 5:00 PM for those who want to come early for supper, with the meeting to follow at 7:00 PM. Program TBA.

Our Summer Gathering at Peter's Drive In is being planned for late August. Stay tuned for details!
A show and tell event for Go boxes, Sota equipment, POTA equipment, and equipment for other portable activies is in the works for the September long weekend.
This is a "Calgary and area amateur radio community" event open to all hams. The Fallentimber Meadery site in Water Valley has been tentatively booked for the event. See Fallentimber Meadery for information about
and directions to the Meadery. A field for camping is available next to the Meadery. Stay tuned for further details.
Club Objectives
- To promote amateur radio.
- To afford opportunity for friendly and social activities.
- To provide a meeting place for the consideration and discussion of questions affecting the interests of the Club.
- To encourage and foster among its members a recognition of the importance of communications in times of emergency or community need.
- To sell, manage, lease, mortgage, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the property of the Club.
- To always remember that this is only a hobby and not to take ourselves too seriously.
